2014 marks 60 years since the creation of the iconic Routemaster bus. As part of the Year of the Bus, a collection of bus sculptures commissioned by Transport for London (TFL) have been placed around London on three walking trails. A fourth walking trail will be added in Croydon before Christmas.

I love all things that are iconic to London, including the buses, so I set out to track down as many of these sculptures as I could find. So far I’ve counted 36 and these are some of my favourites:

‘Buckingham Palace Bus’

‘London Telephone Bus’

‘Lest We Forget’

‘360 Panorama of London’

‘Queen’s Conductor (Busby)’

‘Tower Bridge’

‘Invisible to the Environment’
